Pick 4
Pick 4 is the SC draw game offering daily prizes of up to $5,000 and a great range of play types with different ways to make a winning match. The Evening draw is held seven nights a week at 6:59 PM EST, and the Midday draw takes place Monday through Saturday at 12:59 PM EST. Ticket sales close before each draw, at 12:45 PM for Midday and 6:45 PM for Evening.

How to Play
To start playing, choose four numbers from 0000 to 9999, or select Quick Pick and the lottery computer will randomly generate some or all of your numbers. You can play up to five times per playslip; each panel A-E is one play.
Choose your wager - $0.50 or $1. The Straight/Box play type costs $1 and Combo plays cost $2 to $24 depending on the numbers you select.
Select your draw: DAY, EVE, or BOTH. By default the ticket will be for the next draw.
Want to play more times with the same numbers? Enter up to 28 draws in a row by marking the "Number of Multi-Draws." Advance Play is another option to play a draw other than the current day.
Play Types
Pick one of four play types:
- Straight: Match all numbers in the exact order drawn
- Box: Match all numbers drawn in any order
- Straight/Box: A 50¢ Straight bet plus a 50¢ Box bet in one play. Match all numbers drawn in exact or any order - prize is higher for Straight match. Cost: $1
- Combo: All Straight combinations of a 4-digit number - 4, 6, 12 or 24 Straight bets for 50¢ or $1 per base play. Match all numbers drawn in any order. A 50¢ base play costs $2 to $12 and a $1 base play costs $4 to $24, depending on the numbers you choose
Fireball
The Fireball Pick 4 add-on heats up your play with more ways to make a winning combination. After the main game draws, a Fireball number from 0-9 is drawn, and can replace any of the Pick 4 numbers to create a winning sequence. You can take home a prize with Pick 4, Fireball, or both! Fireball doubles the cost of your ticket and covers all plays.

| NOTE: Pick 4 offers set prize payouts and the South Carolina Lottery has established a $7 million liability limit for any specific 4-digit number in each drawing. If any 4-digit combination (e.g. 7777) is purchased frequently enough for a drawing that the liability limit would be exceeded, the Lottery will stop further sales for that particular number combination. Additionally, no Front Pair, Mid Pair or Back Pair involving the first 2, middle 2 or last 2 digits, respectively, of the 4-digit number will be included in that drawing.
