US lotteries rollover again
Monday May 24th 2010We have had an amazing week of lottery rollovers in the last week and the trend is set to continue into next week too as the major US lotteries rollover again. The PowerBall is the biggest of the two multi state lottery games going into this week with a jackpot of $190 million up for grabs for the draw on Wednesday. The MegaMillions is also doing very well considering it has not been rolling over for as long as the PowerBall and the jackpot stands at $64 million for the draw on Tuesday.
The winning PowerBall numbers were 19, 20, 40, 47, 57 and the PowerBall was 29. The winning MegaMillions numbers were 15, 20, 23, 26, 30 and the MegaBall was 17. There may not have been jackpot winners on either the PowerBall or the MegaMillions but there were still some amazing prizes won on the lower tiers of both of these games, so if you hold a lotto ticket for either of them that you have not yet checked then you might want to do so now to see if you were one of the lucky winners at the weekend.
Across the border the Lotto Max will be causing a bit of a stir for Canadian Lottery players this week after the draw on Friday again failed to produce a winner. This means that the jackpot now at $40 million has edged even closer to the MaxMillions status that lottery players in Canada love so much and one more rollover could just see it get there.
