SuperEnalotto jackpot is Europe's largest
Tuesday March 30th 2010With the EuroMillions jackpot being won on Friday evening, it is now official that the SuperEnalotto is Europe's largest this week. This Italian Lottery game frequently holds the largest in Europe title, and each time we watch the jackpot climb in anticipation of another record breaking win. There is another SuperEnalotto draw taking place this evening where a massive €53.7 million is up for grabs. However, this is a relatively small jackpot for the SuperEnalotto as it usually reaches in excess of €100 million before it is won.
Nothing is guaranteed with any lottery and the SuperEnalotto, as with any lottery game, could be won at any time. Now that the EuroMillions jackpot has gone, many European players will buy lottery tickets for this game, simply because it now has the biggest jackpot. Of course the more people that play a lottery game, the more chance there is of it being won, so we will be watching the SuperEnalotto very closely.
On the other side of the Atlantic, both US multi state games have jackpots that are rising steadily. The PowerBall is currently the highest standing at $81 million, while the MegaMillions falls some way short at $51 million. Like the SuperEnalotto, the MegaMillions has a draw taking place on Tuesday while lottery players must wait until Wednesday for the next PowerBall draw.
In all, there are some very impressive jackpots to play for on both sides of the Atlantic over the next few days and this week has the potential to be very exciting for those who play any of these lottery games.
