National Lottery Daily Play ends
Friday May 6th 2011It’s been all change just recently for UK lottery players, and now we have news of yet another change coming their way. The National Lottery Daily Play ends today, so if you have a ticket for the draw this evening, then sadly this will be your last chance to win on this game. However, with other changes introduced, players still have plenty of chances to win lottery prizes when they play National Lottery games.
Many of you will know that the National Lottery has now introduced the Plus 5 feature to the main game, Lotto. For an additional fee, players can opt in to play Plus 5 alongside the main lottery game. For example, if you buy Plus 5 for a Wednesday night draw, you will be entered into five further draws from the following evening with the chance to win a top prize £250. The same applies if you opt to Plus 5 your Saturday lotto ticket too. The draws for Plus 5 take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. So basically every day that there is not a lotto main draw, there will be a Plus 5 draw.
UK lottery players are also being given an extra chance to win each week on the EuroMillions. Many of you will probably already have heard the fantastic news that there will now be two draws for the EuroMillions each week, with the extra one starting on Tuesday 10th May. You will be able to buy lottery tickets for the first EuroMillions Tuesday draw, from Saturday 7th May. But we can tell you that the draw taking place this evening is boasting a massive €26 million.
