Maxmillions Remains In Play

Wednesday June 20th 2012

On Friday the Lotto Max jackpot hit its top amount of CAD$50 million therefore the additional game that is the Maxmillions came into play. In this draw no players managed to match the numbers drawn to win the Lotto Max jackpot therefore it stays at CAD$50 million for this week’s draw and Maxmillions remains in play – so on Friday there is not only a top prize waiting to be won in the Lotto Max however is it estimated that there will also be 20 CAD$1 million prizes on offer to win in the Maxmillions.

The last time the Lotto Max jackpot reached its limit was on the 18th May when a ticket purchased in Ontario matched the seven numbers drawn to win the jackpot that was worth CAD$50 million. Since then no players have been lucky enough to match the numbers drawn and win the top prize, however will that change in Friday’s draw?

In last Friday’s draw (15th June) the numbers drawn were 8, 11, 20, 28, 36, 43, 47 and 18. Despite no one matching the seven numbers drawn in the Lotto Max results there were three ticket holders that matched six numbers and the Bonus Ball to win CAD$369,874.10 each. To add to that 89 ticket holders matched six numbers to win CAD$6,943.70 each. All 92 of these ticket holders were just one number away from winning the Lotto Max jackpot, therefore we will have to wait and see if anyone can strike luck on Friday and win either the jackpot on offer or one of the Maxmillions prizes.
