Play 5
Play 5 is the Delaware Lottery’s newest ‘pick-style’ game. It gives you various ways to play and win, and it is possible to get payouts of up to $50,000. There are two daily drawings – a Day draw at 1:58PM ET and a Night draw at 7:57 PM. Check out the latest numbers after every drawing.
How to Play
There are just a few steps to filling out a playslip. Start by selecting the draw time you want to play - Day, Night or Both. You can then decide how many days in advance to enter, up to a maximum of seven in a row.
To choose your numbers, you can either mark the Quick Pick box or select your own. Simply pick one number between 0 and 9 in each of the five columns.
You can bet $0.50 or $1 per play. Specify on your playslip which bet type you want. The options are as follows:
- Straight – This is a bet on five numbers being drawn in that exact order.
- Box – Pick five numbers and win if they are drawn in any order.
- Front 4 – You must match the first four winning numbers exactly.
- Back 4 – To win, you need to match the last four digits in the correct positions
- Front 3 - Get the first three digits in exact order to win the prize.
- Back 3 – The last three numbers – digits three to five – must be in the same order.
- Front Pair – You have to match the first two numbers in order.
- Back Pair – Win the associated prize by matching the last two numbers exactly.
The cut-off time for ticket sales is 1:40 PM ET for the Day draw and 7:30 PM for the Night drawing.
