Separate versions of the game existed in Arizona, Iowa and Minnesota but have since been discontinued. Idaho stopped selling 2 by 2 tickets on August 26, 2022.

Claiming a Prize
Apart from the top $22,000 prize, most 2 by 2 prizes can be claimed at any lottery retailer in a participating state. You'll need to contact lottery officials in your state to complete the claims process if you win the top prize.
No matter what 2 by 2 prize you win, you'll only have a certain amount of time to claim it. In Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming, you'll have 180 days from the date of the drawing, while Kansas gives winners 365 days to come forward.
Rules
If you want to play 2 by 2 and redeem any prizes you might win, you'll need to be at least 18 years old in Idaho, Kansas, North Dakota, and Wyoming, and 19 years old in Nebraska.
If there are more than ten grand prize winners in a single 2 by 2 drawing, then the prizes will be allocated to winners on a pari-mutuel basis, meaning that the cash value of the top prize could change.
If someone contacts you out of the blue about winning a 2 by 2 prize and asks for your personal details, don't fall for it - it's likely that you're being set up for a lottery scam. Visit the scams page for more information about how to avoid becoming a target for fraud.
