New record in sight for SuperEnalotto

Monday September 6th 2010

The eyes of all lottery players have been firmly fixed on the Italian Lottery for many weeks now as the SuperEnalotto jackpot has rolled over time and time again. As we all know this not a rare occurrence for this lottery game given the fact that it is notoriously difficult to win and after rolling over again after the draw on Saturday, a new record is in sight for the SuperEnalotto as the jackpot edges closer to the current €147 million, which was won by a single ticket holder back in August 2009.

As no players managed to match the winning numbers drawn on Saturday the Italian SuperEnalotto now boasts a whopping €130.4 million for the next draw which takes place on Tuesday. This lottery jackpot is without doubt the biggest in Europe at the moment and quite possibly the biggest in the world and considering the size of the SuperEnalotto jackpot, the very unfavourable odds of winning are not likely to be a huge influence on any players’ decision to take part.

The big jackpots are what all lottery players love and with the EuroMillions being the only lottery game in Europe that can offer any kind of competition for the SuperEnalotto, this lottery game is in a class of it’s own with the EuroMillions offering just €12 million.

Despite the odds, all lottery players know that the SuperEnalotto is in no way impossible to win and with the jackpot set to hit the record books again in the near future if a winner is not created, we are likely to see a lotto ticket buying frenzy sweeping across the world in the days ahead.
