Texas kicked things off with the first $50 scratch-off in 2007 and since then Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania and have launched $50 games. In May, the Texas Lottery launched the country’s first $100 scratch-off ticket.
