$26 Million California SuperLotto Prize Expires May 13
Tuesday May 11th 2021One lucky California SuperLotto Plus player out there could be $26 million better off ... but the clock is ticking to claim the prize before the jackpot-winning ticket expires this Thursday, May 13.
So if you bought a lottery ticket in Norwalk in Los Angeles County last November, now is the time to give your home and car a spring clean and see if there's a multimillion-dollar surprise waiting for you!
The lucky ticket was purchased at the ARCO AM/PM at 10602 E. Imperial Highway in Norwalk. It hit the SuperLotto top prize by matching all six numbers drawn on November 14, 2020: 23, 36, 12, 31, 13, and the mega number, 10. The ARCO gas station was paid a $130,000 retailer bonus.
SuperLotto Plus prizes must be claimed within 180 days from the draw date, and the prize will expire if it is not claimed by May 13.
To claim the prize, the winner will need the winning ticket and a claim form. If the winner needs any help, they can call the CA Lottery at 1 (800) 568-8379.
There are three options available to redeem the ticket.
California Lottery District Offices are offering in-person claims by appointment. Another option is to submit the ticket and completed claim form via one of the secure drop boxes installed in all District Offices.
The winner may also mail the ticket and form to the Lottery. The winner should take a photo or make a copy of the front and back of the signed ticket as well as the claim form for their records before mailing. Sending by registered mail or another form of trackable sending is highly recommended. The Lottery's address is:

The claim must be postmarked or received by the Lottery by May 13.
If the prize is not claimed by May 13, the cash value of $19.7 million will go to Golden State public education. The CA Lottery transfers all unclaimed prizes to local schools - over $1 billion so far.
